At Bealach the style is slightly different but the philosophy remains the same "if it can be made on the premises it is" including the cake and biscuits served with your tea or coffee on arrival, the breads, preserve and chutneys - even the ice creams.
Dinner is quite a formal affair, 3 courses with a choice at every stage. starters may include Smoked Salmon, Cheese Soufflé or Cherry Tomato and Basil Clafoutis, main courses, Roast Stuffed pork, Sea Bass and Pesto or Cashew Nut Rost and to finish Lemon Tart, Clootie Dumpling or one of the many home made ice creams followed by tea or coffee and "sweet things" served in the lounge.
The premises are not licensed to sell alcohol so feel free to "bring your own".
